Ranks and promotions
Each rank caps your level. To go past it you need XP and a few tasks, then the promotion unlocks the next rank and bumps all four stats at once. The game only shows the current rank and the next: here is the rest, as players recorded it.

Specialist II max level 30
To reach Specialist III: 620 XP and every task below. Each task pays its reward as soon as it is done, before the promotion itself.

To reach Corporal I: 1,020 XP and every task below. Each task pays its reward as soon as it is done, before the promotion itself.
